Rolla Men of Song
The Rolla Men of Song This is the nineteenth season for the Rolla Men of Song! MOS is open to male singers with changed voices from age 14 and up. Auditions are not required. Men of Song members include singers from St. Patrick’s School, Rolla Jr. High, Rolla High School, Missouri S&T, as well as home school students and adults from the Rolla community. The Rolla Men of Song rehearse on Friday mornings from 7:00-7:45 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall at First Baptist Church. A light breakfast is served following each rehearsal. First rehearsal of the season is Friday, Sept. 8 at 7:00 a.m. The Men of Song perform regularly throughout the school year for school and community events. A major annual event are the Veteran’s Day assemblies which this year will be held on Friday, Nov. 1o.
Tuition for Men of Song is $100 per year for adult singers, $25 for college students, and Jr./Sr. High School students not enrolled in choir, and FREE for Jr./Sr. High students enrolled in choir. Discounts are available for singers participating in more than one RCAS ensemble. Scholarships are also availabel by completing the RCAS Scholarship Form
